1. Cancellation and Modifications

1.1 All orders can be cancelled within 2 hours after the order placed on our website, every day between 9:00 and 21:00 Central European time. If your order has been paid for and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within that time. The support team is active from 9:00 to 21:00, 7 days a week and therefore it is not possible to cancel your order outside of this time period.

After the Product has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled or modified.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s). After receiving the returned item, "LusSury™" will credit the customer's account for the original purchase price minus the $5.00 restocking fee."LusSury™" will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to"LusSury™"

In a case of a missing package on orders placed in the United States we will offer a refund or send out a new package, this only applies to packages that were never delivered to you. If your package was delivered but you did not receive it, it is your responsibility to contact the post office and resolve the issue. It is your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at "info@lussury.com" and send your item

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
